Obviously I want you to be happy with your order (or the person you've gifted it to). So if you're unhappy, I'm unhappy. Let's solve this.
Please bear in mind the following: Made-to-order products cannot be returned. If you're not satisfied, please email me on email@example.com or use the contact form.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us.
To exercise this right, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
If you have any other complaints about your order (for instance: It was damaged during shipping) please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation. Please send photos if your order has been damaged, or if you received the wrong order.
How to return your order
After consulting the above information, please contact me first if you want to return or cancel your order. That way you have confirmation that - yes - you will receive a refund or replacement article (when the returned goods have been received in good order). Usually with damaged goods a return shipment is not necessary.
A return can only be properly be managed if you contact me upfront, as a package needs to be received and you'll need to be given your money back.
Return instructions will be given once a return is confirmed.
