Problems with your order
Studio Legenda is a one man shop, please bear in mind that some things sometimes take a bit longer. Although I always strive to solve order problem as quickly as possible.
How do I return my order?

How to order
You can order something from Studio Legenda via the webshop. Ordering by phone, email, from a store, or any other method is not possible. Beware of scammers.
Can I order a digital file?
Unless offered otherwise, digital copies of maps are not available to purchase.
Can I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes, there should be one generated automatically and sent to you (or you can find it in your personal environment, when making an account).
Can I pick up my order in Groningen?
Sorry, at the moment this is not (yet) possible.
I need my order before or at a certain date?
You can contact us upfront to check. Or, leave a note with your order, or send an email afterwards (from the same email account you used to order).
Do I need to make an account?
No, it is not required.
Can I give you my address and will you send me your bank details so I can order it?
Sorry, no, that won't be possible. Please use the online store, or find someone to help you with ordering.
Can I order something that is out of stock or out of print?
For individuals: If it is no longer available for purchase on the store, it is not possible to order this.
For businesses: If you want something for your business, please contact us with your idea(s).
Can I have a map custom made?
For individuals: Sorry, no. The time and effort spent on making custom maps for individuals would make them too expensive.
For businesses: It is a different story when I can quote a price and make billable hours, please contact us with your idea(s).
Is VAT included in all the prices?
Yes.
