Do you have a right to withdrawal?
If you want to exercise your right to (EU) withdrawal, your situation has to look like this:
1. You want to exercise your right to withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the ordered item(s).
2. What you want to return excludes items that do not fall under the items exempt from the right to withdrawal, such as magazines, personalized items, or made-to-order items. See the full list below.
3. You must let us know first, by using the form below. You do not have to give a reason why you want to withdrawal.
4. You will send the ordered item(s) back within 14 days after submitting your withdrawal and for returning the item(s) to us.

About EU right to withdrawal
Which items are excluded from the right to withdrawal?
You do not have the right to withdrawal if it concerns any item from one or more of these categories:
- Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specifications of the consumer;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- which can not be returned due to their nature;
- that can spoil or age quickly;
- of which the price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for loose newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal;
- for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal.
